Atelier for Culinary Concepts — Munich studio

We operate at the meeting point of gastronomy, design and technology — building brands, writing books and growing ventures that reach beyond traditional industry boundaries.

Our work spans brand development and culinary innovation as well as investment in ideas that challenge the status quo. With a flexible, independent structure we move across disciplines — from craft kebab to robotics, from cocktail culture to coffee — always with the same conviction: build what's next, never what's already there.

What we do

We create brands that go beyond visual identity. From strategy and positioning to naming, narrative and design — concepts with a clear point of view, designed to resonate culturally and endure.

We develop gastronomic formats that redefine the experience — and we run them ourselves. From idea to execution to the open doors of the venue: product, space and storytelling combined into brands we own and operate.

We explore new territories at the intersection of food and technology. From robotics to future-oriented systems, we develop concepts that challenge traditional models and open new possibilities within hospitality.
